Seat Continued.....

Seat getting there, I recon another 10 hours on it then I can start prepping it for paint, Im going to hide all
the electric gubbins in the hump, battery if I decide to run one, reg/rec, fuse box, relays, plenty of room in
there, also under the seat base there should be enough room to fit all the tools Ill need for the trip and hide
the loom in there to keep it looking simple, budgets still looking healthy no more cash spent so far

Starting the frame

Getting there all unwanted brackets cut off, hand bashing the rear hump, bought a sewing machine of ebay for 99p to make a seat with, cost so far £77.58 inc all steel to make the seat with and purchase the bike

MZ cafe racer on the starting block

Im 40 next year!!! dont know where the times gone lol Anyway a few years ago my mates did a trip on c90's and raised £5000 for the air ambulance. It now seems every man and his dog are doing c90 runs now so weve all come up with a master plan of doing an eastern europe trip next year on MZ's, 3 of us are all 40 next year one is 50. Weve all had to pick a theme mine's a cafe racer, others include an ISDT trials, rat, army etc, weve all got our bikes now mine started like this (3 bikes in there!) and cracking on OK.

Parts all laid out and sorted, missing pieces made a note of, e.g. ENGINE!!
